Personal information is collected when provided by subjects, or through direct contact.
We may collect and store the following personal information:
- Basic contact information such as; name, email address, gender, contact number, d.o.b,
- Professional details such as; occupation
- Health-related information such as; medical conditions/treatments, allergies, personal exposure and surveillance data
- shipping information you provide to participate in a trial/survey
- discussions about the study, chats, feedback, correspondence through our sites, and correspondence sent to us
How your personal information is used
Personal information collected will determine eligibility to participate. Your consent allows for this information to be used within the research and development phase to continue the development of WBCo products and how certain formulations work for different skin types, colours and ethnicities.
How long your personal information is stored and your rights
Personal information of unsuccessful applications not suitable for this product testing group will be kept securely for a period of 2 years so they can be recontacted for subsequent trials. You can request we delete your data. If you wish to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you or request we stop processing your data you can contact us via email becca@sb1beautygroup.com or by post at the below address.
Any successful applications that choose to participate in this group, information can be retained for a period of thirty years.
If you are successful, but then wish to leave the study you can request we delete your data. If you have any concerns how WBCo handles your personal information you can contact us.
