We cannot provide goods without minimum contact, payment and delivery information. Where data is necessary for these purposes, it will be made known to you during the ordering process; or, you will not be able to progress without providing it.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
7. Data Retention
By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.
Our marketing database will be updated every 3 years. Some comments and feedback we will keep indefinitely to grow and promote our business in the future (but we will not give your name to third parties, and will anonymise these as much as possible); and we may need to keep records of any complaints or product quality incidents you inform us of for up to three years, or longer in exceptional circumstances.

In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

You have the right to:
Request access to your personal data (commonly known as a "data subject access request" to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.
Request correction of the personal data that we hold about you if it is inaccurate.
Request erasure of your personal data where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it; you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing (see below), where we may have processed your information unlawfully or where we are required to erase your personal data to comply with local law. In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain aspects of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.
